CaptureSelect FcXP Affinity Matrix is the successor to CaptureSelect FcXL Affinity Matrix, specifically designed for higher binding capacity. The selectivity is identical; the ligand recognizes the CH3 domain of all human IgG subclasses (IgG1, 2, 3, and 4). But the matrix features an increased binding capacity (>40 g IgG/L), while maintaining the elution characteristics of CaptureSelect FcXL Affinity Matrix.
Features of this affinity matrix include:
- Mild elution, making it suitable for Fc fusion proteins
- Human specific, no binding to bovine antibodies
- Excellent scalability
- Non-animal derived
CaptureSelect FcXP pre-packed columns can be used for the purification of IgG and Fc fusion proteins directly from complex source materials and enable a robust and efficient purification process with excellent purity in one step.
