Description
- Designed to produce an extremely uniform system for the transfer of proteins and nucleic acids.
- Very low buffer volume and current, 0.8mA per cm2 of gel, produces very little heat, preventing band distortion
- Transfers can be achieved in less than one hour, depending on the molecular weight of the molecules
- Either single gels or multiple gel stacks can be used with the units
- Colour coded electrodes: One electrode is manufactured from stainless steel and the other from platinised titanium, making them virtually corrosion free
