RAG1 Monoclonal Antibody (1D9), Invitrogen™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Invitrogen MA517163
Description
MA5-17163 targets RAG1 in indirect ELISA and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-17163 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human RAG1 (amino acids: 818-868) expressed in E. Coli. MA5-17163 detects RAG1 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 119kDa.
The protein encoded by this gene is involved in activation of immunoglobulin V-D-J recombination. The encoded protein is involved in recognition of the DNA substrate, but stable binding and cleavage activity also requires RAG2. Defects in this gene can be the cause of several diseases.
