For use with the ÄKTA™ start automated protein purification system. This single-channel, robust peristaltic pump consists of a four-roller pump head that delivers low pulsation.
  • The accurate flow rates enable reproducible isocratic or gradient elution
  • Provides flow rates up to 5mL/min (up to 10mL/min when washing) at operating pressures of up to 5 bar (0.5 Mpa, 72. 5 psi)
  • System pump allows for unattended sample application and application of large sample volumes
