The Applied Biosystems™ MagMAX™ CORE sample preparation solution is a universal sample preparation system designed to meet current and future veterinary testing needs. This modular technology is optimized for the purification of nucleic acids from a wide range of sample matrices commonly submitted for veterinary diagnostic testing. The MagMAX™ CORE Mechanical Lysis Module is offered as a supplement to the MagMAX™ CORE Nucleic Acid Purification Kit to aid in the processing of hard-to-lyse organisms like Mycobacterium avium paratuberculosis (MAP) and bovine tuberculosis in feces, milk, and environmental samples.
