Use the Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ HIC-20 HPLC column for separation of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), mAb fragments and oxidized variants by hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). The unique chemistry of this silica column offers high resolution and excellent selectivity. The advanced surface bonding technology provides excellent chemical stability, high resolution, and unique selectivity optimized for mAbs and different from other HIC phases.

Characteristics of the MAbPac HIC-20 Column
This column is based on high-purity, spherical, wide-pore (1,000 Ă…), 5ÎĽm silica particles functionalized with proprietary alkyl amide groups offering:

  • Optimal selectivity for mAbs and related variants
  • Excellent separation of mAb fragments and oxidized variants
  • High resolution and high efficiency
  • Compatible with both organic solvent and aqueous mobile phase
  • Rugged column stability
