Summary
Introduction and Agenda
Establishing a workflow for protein purification can be a challenging task, especially as changes in purification scale can significantly affect performance.
This webinar addresses the specific challenges in protein purification and offers practical solutions. As an example, we introduce MagStrep™ Strep-Tactin™XT beads as an alternative to agarose-based resins. These beads are suitable for a wide range of purification needs, from small-scale experiments to large-scale protein production.
Their magnetic properties enable easy handling and rapid separation, making the process efficient and adaptable to both manual and automated workflows. Examples from high-throughput settings, such as drug discovery and protein screening, will highlight this system's flexibility, where reproducibility and speed are essential.
Webinar key topics:
- Common challenges in protein purification
- Principles of Strep-tag technology for affinity chromatography
- Tailoring protein purification to your requirements
